Revised Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and cancellations in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. You may return or exchange standard catalog items within 14 days after you receive your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders Please note that Custom Orders—items that have been modified or created specifically at the customer's request (such as specific changes in gemstones or chain styles)—cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged, as they are manufactured specifically for the customer according to their personal requirements.

Refunds & Fees (for Standard Items)

* Refunds: For standard items, you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

* Cancellation Fee: As per law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a defect.

* Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
